Fish Oil EPA supplements
I've had wonderful results taking the Green Pastures FCLO, but budget wise, it's a nightmare to afford. I started thinking that maybe GPs in the UK offer CLO on prescription, and it seems that they may. But the type they'd offer would be something like this: Fish Oil EPA Supplements | Omega 3 EPA Fish Oil Supplements
Does anyone know if it is sufficient to take a supplement with a high amount of Omega 3? If it is "pharmaceutical grade", do you think it would have similar effects to the FCLO?
I realise it is in no way a whole food, nor does it contain the A or D, but I really need to maintain the Omega 3 levels I've had over the last month. FCLO has basically kept me away from post-natal depression, I think.
Hope someone could give me some ideas. Thanks in advance.
I'm taking a pharmaceutical grade fish oil (1000 true mg per cap) twice a day. I've got my blood work appt. in another week and a half. I'll let you know.
