Impedance on Tanita scales is drastically impacted by hydration levels. better to do the weigh in first thing in the morning, that way every time you are pretty much dehydrated (from sleeping) and it should be more accurate. Use it for trend analysis only, not as fact.

I've have integrated the advice and come up with a plan that gives me 2800 cals (140gr prot, 48gr carbs,244gr fat)
Along with some more movement, this should probably be worth a try for a couple of weeks.
