Good numbers! I'm always in the 240 to 260 range, too, but my HDL hovers around 90. They keep changing their mind on which particles affect what, but men with higher TC always outlive men with low TC. Consider yourself saved.
You'll want a breakdown of your LDL, too. Particle size, dense vs. large/fluffy seems to make a difference as well. But with trigs so awesome, it's pretty much a guarantee that a) your LDL is the fluffy, good kind. and b) your LDL number is calculated incorrectly.
