stir fry with ground beef and veggies.
In mashed sweet potatoes - I've only tried this with chicken livers though. Mash your sweet potatoes any way you typically do it, cut the liver up real small (or grind it) and put it raw into the warm/hot mash.
However, I LOVE the taste of chicken livers so this is mostly done for my gf. I would probably try it with beef livers cus I don't really love those.
Onions and sweet vermouth.

My first answer to the question of where to hide liver was "In the garbage." I think I will try this way. Thanks!
i would never hide liver as i like it too much and i did used to hate it. i have found, since getting more strict on my cheats and ditching the sugar, my tastes have changed. liver also tastes very different cold to hot so maybe start on a pate. chicken livers and milder than other animals. i think mark did a good recipe for chicken liver pate a while back. failing that, i guess you could go for cutting it with mince in something overpoweringly spicy.
Bacon and onions work well or, better yet, you could make some pate'.
