Try sardines and canned salmon, I eat a lot of them.
Any canned fish (check ingredient lists carefully, sometimes seafood is packed in nasty seed oil): salmon, sardines, tuna, oysters, etc.
Canned chicken breast (you'll need more fat than it gives, but it's low-carb and tastes pretty decent)
Coconut milk and oil
Fresh spinach (or any other dark leafy greens you can eat as a salad), balsamic vinegar goes well with this
raw veggies like cabbage, broccoli, etc.
Blueberries/strawberries (if you're gonna have fruit and wanna stay low carb)
Olive oil and fancy vinegar
Olives, tapenade, sundried tomato pesto
Thanks, I will add berries, tuna, and olive bar to my snack shopping list.
That said, SOME of this list is sort of useless.
Am I supposed to just eat gobs of sour cream as a meal? Drink olive oil?
Here is my next shopping list:

Mixed nuts (But, no added fruit bits with injected sugar)
Salads
Peanut Butter & Fruit
Goya beans cans (seasoned vs. raw beans)
Cured meats and beef jerkey
Cans of tuna,
Sardines,
Hard boiled eggs
Cheese,
Veggies. (Microwaveable bags)
Hotdog/sauerkraut
Guacamole/Avacado
Olive bar
For ketosis, which I've never done, I think you should eat liver, eggs and avocado and you probably got all you nutrition covered
Any new thoughts on this topic?
If you are really interested in ketosis you must severely limit the fruit.
Liver Pate (make your own, unsweetened ones are hard to find)
High Fat Cheeses (Gotta have my mascarpone)
Deli Meat (just sliced meat ,no chemicals )
macadamia nuts (but go easy on the quantities)
Creme fraiche/crema Mexicana
Hard boiled eggs
