I think he has disappeared... but I was making my own point anyway. ;)
He has NO answers.
Zero, zip, nada... zilch.
And each time he has been asked... he has flaked.
And my volume issues don't concern me that much since I have volume issues that leave me not hungry.
Not hungry isn't exactly the problem that "always hungry" is.

As long as we're talking rice, anyone have a good rice based stuffing for the Tday turkey? I got my kids going bread less too! :D

Awwwww... Thanks you guys.
And the rice pudding I make is easy as hell. One half bowl of rice, cream to cover (coconut milk'd work), and an egg or two beaten into it. Add cinnamon, nutmeg and other spices. Stir together. Nuke on high, stirring every 30s. Remove when it's gelled up to your tastes (2 minutes on my overpowered monster of a nuker.)

Cori, I'm going to presume that you are a woman so here it goes. Sometimes women do not do well with VLC or even LC for that matter. I try to keep my carb intake around 75-50g's a day and that seems to be my sweet spot. Any less and its a binge moment clusterfuck just waiting to happen. Maybe your body wants more carbs or needs more fat. You need to work that out yourself. Listening to the OP is like listening to someone who is full of themselves. All hot air and no substance.

I know, I know... I poked him with a stick earlier in the thread several times... then I took to some reverse baiting.
And he flaked out just like he did with other previous posters who asked him to explain his theories on "doing it right".
I don't have binge problems if I eat higher carb really.
I just have a medical problem and medications, and I don't want to eat much at all, so fat is good as it helps me meet my caloric needs so that I can eat low food volume and not chronically "under eat".
Plus I'm fidding with VLC/more fat to deal with my brain issues.

I would love to try a wild rice stuffing for Thanksgiving but I stick with mom's oyster stuffing and use gluten free bread instead
