Hmmm interesting ... that could possibly have contributed to my theoretically impossible amount of muscle gain of around 10 lbs in 6 months. I was eating around 150 - 200 g goat's cheese daily.
Ruminants like cows, horses and goats are able to digest the cellulose of grass because of the symbiont bacteria in their gut. I was thinking that mixing raw milk from goats or cows with a veggies smoothie may help digestion very much in the same way. Any thoughts ?
gross! you should prolly look into fermenting the veggies, that makes it more digestable
I hadn't heard about the benefit of goat's milk being alkalinizing.
Definitely so. If I eat goat cheese on an empty stomach, it begins to hurt because it just sits like a brick in my stomach.
I've been eating more sheep's milk products because sheep is a more common animal than cattle in China and I have Chinese genes. I would also think that mozzarella di bufala would be perfect for my genes, but alas, it is so expensive!

No way - mozzarella di buffala is great value cf quality meat here. It is not cheap cf other cheeses, but nonetheless great value considering the nutrient content.
The goat milk is naturally homogenized. It forms a soft curd when compared to cow milk and hence helps in easy digestion and absorption. Regular intake of goat milk significantly improves the body weight gain, improved mineralization of skeleton, increased blood serum vitamin, mineral and hemoglobin levels.
