I never knew how much of those things were in stuff I cooked. She just recently found rice milk so she is able to eat some cereals.
Pick a protein, a veg and/or starch, and a spice/herb and run with it.
e.g. ground beef + carrot + turmeric and chili powder
eggs + spinach + garlic and chives
chicken + kale + thyme and smoked paprika

@ Gated 312: I have Oral Allergy Syndrome along with other food allergies. I'm not making up ths stuff for kicks & giggles. I'm ok with olive oil but it goes straight through me is all... Feel free to believe me or not, who would CHOOSE this?! Seriously?
have you tried refined coconut oil?
