Made an awesome lunch. Too bad I couldn't really enjoy it cause I felt bad.
I threw together a roma tomato, half avocado, onion, eggs, cream. And baked it!
It tasted good. I just felt bad.
Then I had a sugar binge. It was only a small chocolate tart. But I haven't had anything like that in a long time.
And I feel like crap. I hope I get it out of my system tonight. I'm making a gumbo.
Maybe a good run will get me back to normal.

Made gumbo! No roux but it turned out great still!! I used everything fresh and it tasted great!

Today will be a better day. I made tiny breakfast casserole this morning. Crumbed up a sausage patty and put it in with 3 eggs, one oz of cheese, one oz of cream, salt pepper. Fantastic! I could only eat half though. Saved that for tomorrow morning. There is just something about a hot breakfast to start your day. For my drink, watered down pomgrantite juice. Gonna go on a major sugar detox after yesterday. I only put cream in my coffee/cru brui. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be but something to get use to. I did not like how the tart affected my blood sugar yesterday. For lunch I plan on having some left over gumbo!

For lunch I had my gumbo. I have to make myself stop eating. I feel like I can keep eating and eating that stuff.
I had a tiny piece of homemade banana bread made by the mom in law. I think I am going to limit myself to things like that only if it is made in the house. No going out and buying stuff..

Had coffee and the rest of my egg breakfast casserole this morning.
Gonna have some more gumbo at lunch.
I might go to a martial arts class tonight. I'm suppose to cook tonight too. Guess we see how well I juggle.
I may swap the days I cook so I can go to the classes.
