Well I guess on the weekend my breakfast is just gonna be my coffee.
Lunch
two small pieces of hall
black eye peas
corn
Small victory for me... I passed on the corn bread!
Snack after cardio is 1/3 sweet potato
Supper:
Grilled chicken salad from local deli. I love their grilled chicken salad! They load it up with good stuff. I got caesar dressing on side and dipped my salad in that. Its amazing how little dressing I need.

Just did 45 min of "Flirty Girl Fitness". Yeah... so glad the hubbs was not here! LOL! But it got my heart rate up inside since its still raining and I have no car to get to the gym.
I believe my face looks clearer. It wasn't bad to begin with but it looks different. The hubbs has said he can see a change in my body. And I am under 115 now!

Went to the grocery store last night. So proud of the good choices we made. But I did not like the bill lol.
Breakfast
One piece of bacon
Cooked banana w/ cinnamon in the pan of bacon fat
Put banana over cottage cheese. YUM!!!!
Lunch
Chunk of pork butt I had cooked over night in the crock pot
Salad w/ small amount of vinegarete
Supper
1 1/2 scrambled eggs
2 small pieces of ham
Banana
1/4 cup oatmeal w/ butter (First time to eat it in a month, mom in law cooked it tonight, I have missed it!
I may make it one of my cheat foods)

Wow, today was one of my busiest Mondays! Mondays are usually slow. I'm learning how to tell the difference in being hungry and thirsty.

Today was a long tiring day. Funeral stuff all day sucks the life out of anyone.
Breakfast / lunch? was protein shake
Supper was fried soft shell crab w/ fried green tomatoes.
Had my first actually dessert in about a month. Wasn't sick, but didn't have the emotional attachment I usually do.
Going back to work tomorrow and getting back with the work outs.
Plus side, we made plans to go out to eat with my cousin and his wife. I told him its about time we see each other outside of the funeral home.

I am so tired. Work has moved me around in the office and is teaching me more stuff. I feel like I was going non stop today.
Trying to stay on this thing.

Lunch: Tuna w/ veggies
Supper: broccoli and cheese soup, recipe I got from someone here.
Bacon, broccoli, garlic, onion, celery
And to help me with my grazing in the kitchen while I cook, I'm munching on a banana with peanut butter and semi sweet chocolate chips.
