Started Out as a Normal VLC Day...
I had some Devon Cream in my coffee
Lunch had Chicken Breast Homemade Ranch with spinach
Afternoon Snack : Coconut Lemon Raw Macaroons from Organic Live Raw (7g Carb Per Serving)

My Boss (who I adore) walks into my office and hands me a bag of my favourite brand of sweet potato chips He knows how much I LOVE said brand and someone had given him a carton....
So I am thinking what the heck, they are primal? Maybe I can have just one serving...didn't quite happen that way... I ended up eating the whole bag which came to 60g of carbs
Then I started feeling more munchy (but not really hungry) and ate the rest of the Raw Coconut Lemon Macaroons (another 14g Carbs)
Still thinking it is not that bad as they are primal anyway....but then I got home and my fiance had made a big bowl of pasta with his special meat sauce, I ate a cup of it.....and this is the part that kills me.
I am not sure why i lost self control as I have been doing fairly well VLC average about 30g carb total.
I feel so sad:(
