Hot pumpkin spice nog
Having an awesome fat bomb breakfast
1c grass fed heavy cream
1/2c pumpkin puree
generous amounts of real vanilla (not extract) and pumpkin spice
dash of egg nog extract (LorAnn Oils eggnog flavor)
sugar free caramel syrup (okay not primal, but delicious)
heat and mix cream and puree over medium heat, add vanilla & spice
pour into cup
add egg nog extract and caramel syrup to taste
tomorrow I think I will throw some eggs in and bake it for breakfast custard!
you could, of course, sub coconut milk or real egg nog for the heavy cream (and omit the extract)
as it stands now, it's only 9g carbs, 840 cals
