Been mostly primal for the past few months & loving it. Loosing some body fat. Gaining muscle. I'm big on HIT & HIIT. I do Tabata every couple of days. I love walking/running/hiking barefoot or in Vibram FiveFingers!
I enjoy what I eat. Lots of fat, meat, & fruits. I don't like most veggies, so that's hard to add to my diet w/ the exception of sautéed onions & mushrooms... yummmm! Being Asian, it sucks giving up rice, but I'm used to it now. I am partial to tacos & burritos, so I get my fair share of non-primal tortillas. I still eat dairy products too. (cheese, butter, etc.)
