I have regular potato flour and use it to thicken soups - it's less intrusive than flour or cornstarch.
Try this:

you're welcome :)
where did you get that sweet potato flour?
Made the cookies they were excellent!
And I got the flour on amazon. Had a $20 gift card and decided to buy something outlandish :)
I got mine at Whole Foods, but I recommend Amazon for just about everything. Center of the retail universe, I tell ya what ;)
