I ate the meal I was making for dinner later:
Bacon/ground beef with cabbage/onion stir fry. Just salt, pepper and caraway seed.
I saved enough for dinner, but my husband came home post call and devoured it. Now I need a recipe for dinner.
I swapped out my usual CO in my coffee for canned coconut milk, and what a gratifying difference! I didn't want to eat my brunch after that, but my feeding window is mid morning to mid afternoon. That creamy goodness has me rethinking my entire day!
yoghurt, gnawed a lamb shank (most of the meat was put by for lunch), pear, coffee
3 slices of pork roast, roast pumpkin, acorn squash and delicata squash
Shredded white cabbage and bacon fried together in coconut oil. Big mug of black tea (no milk).
Well, good thread to get the ideas of some new kind of break fast. BTW, today I just just eat 4 egg omelet with toasted bread and jam. Nothing more.
3 hard-boiled eggs. Slightly over-cooked, but it's nice to have a super quick breakfast. All it needs is salt (though now I really want some of my grandma's mustard).
Coffee, black and strong.
