Most mornings I have roast beef and 1/2 an avocado (I am doing a LRx). And coffee, lovely, black coffee!
Green smoothie (kale, cucumber, celery, garlic, ginger, pineapple, hemp protein, and coconut oil), couple pieces of 85% dark chocolate, and black coffee.
pre-workout: Black coffee
post workout: Sweet potato with coconut milk, cinnamon and vanilla + 12 oz bag of spinnach + 12 oz ground beef
Black coffee, an apple, and a banana. Had to dash out this morning without protein or fat, alas! I plan to make up for that by swimming in primal chili for lunch. :)
3 egg omelette with 3 chopped sausages in it, a red onion and a handful of spinach leaves.
Earl Grey tea.
I have tiny ramakins so I make tiny breakfast casseroles.
This morning I made it with a sausage patty, 3 eggs, cheese, and cream.
I could only eat half so I'm saving the rest for tomorrow
Pancakes made from a banana, two eggs, 2 tbsp coconut flour and cinnamon.
2 pieces of thick cut, heritage bacon, 2 eggs and some awesome organic cherry tomatoes that I got from the health food store. I don't normally buy produce there, it's so expensive, but these things are DELICIOUS.
