Okay then, I thought you were refering to teen lesbian sex. "Teen" of course meaning "legal age teen". Or a really mature 15 year old (KIDDING!).

Testosterone pills don't exist.

Testosterone exists in several forms, injections (cypionate, enanthate, undecanoathe...), gels with different dosing, even transdermal patches. But all of this is regulated my medical control (even if it's quite easy to buy it on the internet but it's called illegally taking anabolic steroids).

High intensity interval training and heavy lifting combined with a Paleo diet definitely increase testosterone and HGH - based on my personal experience.

What makes you think you need more testosterone?

2 questions. What makes you think your T is low? Why would you eat paleo and then screw it up with exogenous hormones?
