I worked on my feet for 8 hours, an hour of that spent carrying 22kg flour bags around. Too tired and still sore from the gym to do my skill set today.

Sunday: Rest Day
Monday: 10 x 100 Sprints. Takes me about 2 minutes to recover from each run.
Ran in the rain and there was a lot of humidity in Tokyo so the air was thick. Completely drenched. Felt great doing it but next morning got the chills and came down with bad cough and asthma. Loaded up on Redoxon, which is a fizzy tablet with 1,000 mg Vitamin C and zinc. Took a day off from work and recovered by sleeping a lot but I'm still coughing up green phlegm. Will probably take the rest of the week off from working out. Redoxon works great. Before I discovered it, respiratory illnesses would take me a week or two to recover from.
P90X Chest/Shoulders/Triceps - I honestly don't know how anyone can do this entire workout lol. I do most of it modified and I'm still dying half way through.

Uuurrghh
I need a new workout and I am torn in way to many directions of where to go from here.
I am looking at Rippetoe and a variation of a Russian static routine.
I really want to break out of my rut of falling back into a Body-for-Life type of routine. Even the 5x5 seems too close to what I have done in the past. Any suggestions?
I am 5'11" and 181 at the current. In the past, my best body looked like 185 with 4-8% body fat. I want to be in that range, but closer to 8% as it is easier and healthier to maintain than 4%. I need to take my body fat again, but I know I am not yet sub 10%.
@ Beef Cake, have you ever checked out Men's Health Big Book of Exercises? I just bought it for a friend of mine the other day for his birthday and I've been writing down all of these new exercises and fantastic workout routines before I give it to him. It even reccomends a paleo/primal diet with plenty of saturated fats and animals. I got it on eBay for less than 20 bucks. :-)
Today... Woke up with a pulled back muscle, possibly? From walking???? Who knows... Had a weird burst of energy after work but was a good girl and didn't go throw my bodyweight around on the bars. Went for a very rigorous and exciting ride on my bicycle for an hour around town instead... And got a nice back and neck massage from my super nice mother when I returned. Awww :-)
Huge MTB ride up Ragged Mtn with my buddies up to 1,200 ft overlooking Penobscot Bay, absolutely beautiful views of the bay and islands. Big climb, technical downhill, lots of smiles in the end!
