Chronic cardio? Yes. But I only hit it hard every once in a while.
Oh, and that actually is my friend and I in the picture, but this was taken two years ago (I'm not in a good of shape!).
Sledgehammer 14 min, walk around in sun at lunch 20 min barefoot, 12 min indoors in vibrams.

Went out on Sat and got wasted [/QUOTE]
Apparently that was going around Saturday night.
I've been with my husband for 14 years and in all that time, he's *never* seen me in the state I was in Saturday night. OMG.
Playground skill set x 5!
Rut-roh...i was a bad cavegirl today. Ran 7 miles at a slow & steady pace.
Looks like we're doing a max height box jump prior to the WOD today at CrossFit Sarasota. The WOD is gonna be as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of 20 situp and 10 overhead lunges with a 45lb plate. That's the Rx at least, I imagine there will be an Rx+ with knees to elbows replacing the situps, and maybe even an Rx++ with toes to bars or GHD situps replacing the regular situps. I'm really hoping there is an Rx++ because I'll be getting down to that for sure!
I think I'm going to take it easy today..maybe a slow 4 mile walk later tonight...Im still extremely sore from yesterdays workout. I really envy men right now, everytime I sit down to pee I groan in pain a little lol.
Bar fun :-)
Front squats 135 lbs 5/5/5
Overhead squats 65 lbs 1/1/1/1/1
Pulls up, leg swings, etc.
