Did a 1 mile sprint in 5:28! Yay! Best ever!!!!
Also, I did my push day, 2 sets of each
(10-12 reps on the first set, 8-10 reps on 2nd set):
1. Back extension
2. Arnold press
3. Shoulder press
4. Glute extension
5. Tricep pull (did a few reps at higher weight)
6. Calf raises
7. Leg extension
8. Hip adduction

10 min warmup deadlifts, chinups, 10 min cool down. Then I dress warm, high of 30 today but sunny and sit for 20 mins and get my rays.
Today is lower body workout for me - squats - weighted and wall, walking lunges, deadlifts, calf raises, leg curls
30 mins HITT on either the ArcTrainer or Elliptical.
Well needed rest day. Some active and statistic stretching as my back and shoulders felt tight. Walked to and from work today in the snow. Uphill both ways!

Today's a sick day, spent most of it in bed. Any little task, like the above, became a workout requiring a nap afterwards.
Straight Ellyptical (elevation 10, resistance 5) 20:00, 2.57 miles
till a 1/4ish acre garden (40 3'x40' garden beds)... no tractor involved in this evolution
Squats: 195/205/220 for 5/3/1+ reps (13 reps @ 220)
Bench: 165/175/185 for 5/3/1+ reps (7 reps @ 185)
Pull-ups (pronated grip) bw+ 25/30/35 for 5/3/1+ reps (6 @ bw+35)
All weights in lbs.
Pushups, 2 sets, one 23 and one 12. Decline pushups, 10. Partial handstand pushups (feet on a counter), 3. Squats with a bar. Will take a walk shortly.
