Back was pretty sore from Yoga yesterday, so I did a workout similar to my Saturday.
Ellyptical Mile (elevation 10, resistance 5) 7:22
Push Ups x 25
Incline Sit Ups x 25
Vertical Pull Ups x 20
Alternating Split Squat Lunge x 20
Smith Machine Squat 3x10
One Arm Kettlebell Swings 3x10 each side
Lat Pull Downs 3x10
Spiderman Pushups 3x10
Hammer Strength One Arm Bench Press 3x8 each side
Chin Ups 3x10
Kettlebell Snatch Ladder 5-6-7-8 each side

TFC has always loved NTD's workouts. Consistent, varied, cool.
I haven't exactly decided, but I think I'm either swimming or I'll do a 20-minute lower-body bodyweight session in my living room while watching TV. :)

Been a long time since I've done this type of workout, due to injuries and my BB test. Need to start doing them more often.

Primal workout in the park near the rental house we're staying in the French quarter. Slant pushups x 35, assisted pullups one leg 8 and 10, 35 pole squats, hand/foot plank 90 sec and 45 sec on sides. Just getting started with this, third such workout, getting good results so far.
Half hour of yoga in my living room tonight before bed.
