Doing starting strength, and this was todays workout
Squat 80kg 3x5
Bench 60kg 3x5
Deadlift 120kg 1x2. Was going for 1x5 but it was too heavy. I did 115kgx5 last time, and probably should've gone to 117.5 instead of 115, but I've been doing 5kg increments so far. Oh well.
Chinups: 6,6,4 - half a year ago I couldn't do one without aid :)
40 minutes of dodgeball, 300 pull ups and [URL="http://fitnesswayne.com/2012/11/15/fitness-achievement-unlocked-100-handstand-push-ups/"]120 handstand pushups[/URL].
First gym workout in two weeks. Took it nice and easy - will slowly build up over the next couple of weeks.

Hill sprints.
85 yard hill, starts at about 10 degrees, then ends up around 30 degrees or so.
Found the hill last week in a park a half a mile from home after looking for one for a few days in my spare time.
Warmup jog to the park.
8 times up the hill. Recover on the walk down.
A thorough ass kicking in less than 20 minutes.
Todays was a 22km bikeride. Or it was a commute, with 11km in each direction, but I took it like en exercise ride :)
Yesterday I set a personal record, lifting my own bodyweight in squat 3x5 :)
Morning - I walked my dogs 3 miles each (they are too naughty to walk on leash at the same time) then did a BWW with a deck of cards. Diamonds = pullups Hearts =elevated push ups Clubs = Squats Spades = Burpee. 6 reps of the exercise for each card.
Afternoon - hiked the dogs (together) off leash in the ravine for about an hour. did lots of hill climbing and descending and jumping over things.

Again, just easing back into things. Off this week, So I'll slowly pick up as the week goes on.

Core workouts on yoga ball and floor movements using body weight only + 6-mile fast walk
Today:
2 mile warm up walk + 6 x 80m Sprints with my dog + assisted pull ups on school playground + running hill (4 x 800m @ 16% grade), then slow jog home.
Biggest accomplishment today: 3, unassisted, full on, real manly manly pushups! woot woot!
