20 Minutes of sprint intervals, then a steady paced 4 mile run.
3 weeks post injury....I walked a mile today and did some mobility work. Boy is this freaking annoying, but I'm gonna give my body what it needs to heal. I've tried to jump back into training post injury too soon in the past and I know where that leads.
played with my son in the park. managed to squeeze in some pull ups and push ups. walked back home barefoot, carrying him on the shoulders (he is about 18 kg).
