Two mile treadmill run - 13:55. Was pretty sore this morning and this time was only 11 seconds off my PR, so I'm pretty pleased.
Nick, you have been kicking ass on here for YEARS! I was just curious, how old are you?
Very sore from my workout from yesterday--chest, delts, glutes, quads! Vinyasa yoga for 90 minutes, maybe 30-60mins. very light work on the elliptical (better than sitting on my butt listening to podcasts,) and 20s on/20s off tabata-style of "bench hops". I saw it in Men's Health... Stand over a bench and grip both sides (palms flat,) then tuck your legs, put the weight into your hands and hop back and forth until you fear you're gonna take a face plant. ;-) I try to stay in the air for at least 1-2secs to put an emphasis on my upper body and core. Great total body exercise!
Pullups (various hand positions) and trx suspension training, flys, rows, one legged squats and LOTS of planks :-)

@Primal JessJane - I just turned 46 a couple of months ago. The best part is before I went primal, I was probably 50lbs overweight, not feeling good, not looking that good either. Changed to a mostly primal diet, and now I feel as good as I did in my 20's.

Did my first set of 20 rep breathing squats last night @ 225 lbs, holy crap what a beating. Feel great today though, definitely interspersing these with the lower rep squats from now on.

10 sprints (I did 20 sec intervals, 20 sec rest...covered 1.15 in 8ish minutes)
