20 burpees with 45# plate (plate is on the ground and on the way up hold the plate to your chest for the jump)
Took me about 53:19 and I think I lost my soul
Just finished SimpleFit Level 6, Day 3:

I did it in 4 minutes, 49 seconds. Anything under 5 minutes, you move up to the next level, so I'll be starting Level 7 on Monday. It ain't gonna be pretty.
