Just finished SimpleFit Level 5, Day 3:
26 pull ups
51 push ups
I did it in 3 minutes, 55 seconds. If you get under 5 minutes on the 3rd day of each level, you move up to the next level. I'll be starting Level 6 on Monday.
Later I'll be lifting:
1x5, then 2x3:
Bench press - 155 lbs., then 170 lbs.
Squat - 135 lbs., then 150 lbs.
Bent-over row - 175 lbs.
I'll be attempting this when I get up in the morning:
- 45 minute squash match, then to the beach for
- 4 x 20 second sprints
- 3 sets of 5x handstand pushups, 30 seconds plyometric squat jumps, 20x pushups (wide, narrow, normal)
- 2 minutes sand hill runs
- 30 second isometric pushup hold
- 5 minute jog on the grass
I've been doing Stronglifts 5x5 recently. Going to give these metabolic processes a blast. I Hope.
Walked the dog 2 miles
Trial #11: 5k run - 24:00
Just waiting for work to end then home for some fun in the pool!
1.5 mile run
20 db swings
20 elevated pushups
15 jumping air squats
45 second spiderman planks
Right now my set workout schedule is 75 kettlebell swings, with a 16kg weight, every Wednesday and Sunday morning one hour after a breakfast of smoked salmon and spring onions or raw carrots. I can't do 75 in one go yet so I just do as many sets as it takes - I'm up to 50 on my first set so it shouldn't take too long. As long as I do 75 in total, I'm good.
I also do a lot of 4-mile walking and from time to time fit in random kettlebell or bodyweight exercises whenever I feel like it. At lunchtimes I will sometimes do as many Hindu pushups as I can followed by as many Hindu squats as I can manage.
6 mile bike ride
9.05 mile walk. Took me 3h 20m. about 80 deg f when I started. 93 when I finished.
3 mi. run on the treadmill, 1 mile walk outside in the sun and a buncha house work :(
I ran stadiums for 45 minutes in the heat of a Floridian afternoon
