Friday I did, right from the comfort of my own living room, 150 prisoner squats, 500-600 push-ups (lost count towards the end), and 300 sit-ups.
Today, I'm thinking a nice, long walk (length of time TBD) and then a nice, long swim.

Just hit our really crappy condo gym for 20 mins, did 75 pullups, 75 dips, 60 decline pushups and a bunch of kettlebell powercleans until I almost felt like hurling. Anyone who says they don't have time to workout are stirring a cauldron of lies!
Taking walks along the highway is something I've done recently. Here in rural Texas, quite a few drivers slow down and ask if you are having car trouble and need a ride!
