1 minute squat,1 minute elbow plank.
20 push ups,10 dive bombers.
20 shoulder dislocations.
35 lb kettlebell - 20 side lifts,L&R.
5 chin ups.
3 x 5 squat to curl and overhead press and shrugs with two 45 pound weights.
30, 20, 17 pushups
Sustained hang with assisted lowering at max effort to train for one-armed chin-ups x 3
Today was a mix of kettlebells and my new favorite exercise tool,the indian club.
KB shoulder presses 4 ladders of 1,2,3,4 (10 reps per ladder with each arm)
8 minutes of kettlebell swings
H2H passes,1 minute both clockwise and counter
My new pair of 5 pound clubs arrived from revolution clubs today and I got right to work with them.I was thinking 5 pounds would be too light but the complete ROM and leverage disadvantages of the exercises had me feeling the burn in a matter of minutes.I also grazed the top of my head with one,which was a good incentive to not let my form get sloppy again.

@140, 3x5 (standing) overhead press (no chance of completing 4th set)
@200, 1x5 deadlift
@140, 3x5 squats (from ground, not rack) (could have done a 4th set, but chose not to)
Press/squat weight +5 over last week. Deadlift weight +60 over last week (suggests I'm still finding my limits). Body doing the "quivering" thing but urge to puke is weaker than last week. Could be coincidental...

Can someone give me a nice full body workout that will completely kick my ass.
tomorrow is my birthday and i want to totally fatigue myself before the mass amount of cake and food i will be ingesting.
