This is my take on the matter - it is a total non-win otherwise and not very productive.

If you are worried about what other people eat (except maybe your immediate loved ones), then it's a YOU problem. People should be free to eat and enjoy whatever diet they want.
Vegetarians can live long and happy lives, vegans too. I respect their diets, even if they don't respect mine.
