Are any of you taking BCAA, Creatine, or other pre-workout supplements before working out for endurance, strength or energy?
If so... Which have you found to be most effective with Primal?
Any adverse side effects taking supplements while Primal versus before?
I have seemed to always take a pre-workout supplement over the years. Curious if i am going 100% Primal if i will need to change anything.

I work out fasted.

I work out fasted, but 5-10 min before I take BCAA's and sometimes after. My workouts have been awesome since then, I find whey to sit in the stomach a little too long Pre workout
