About 6 these days, sometimes a little longer but not much. But I also usually have a nap of about an hour in the afternoon.
8 - 9 hours seems to be good enough for me.
when you have children, they ARE your alarm clock! :)
i feel best if I sleep just about 8 hours. I tried an experiment once to see if sleeping 6 hours a day would make me feel any better, and all it did was make me want to take naps during the day. :)
11 whole hours!! it's disturbing.
I definitely have the most energy after sleeping for around 9.5-10 hours, but that only if I get to bed by 10:30. IfI don't I only sleep 9 hours which is also fine.

Me too. 8.5 seems to be optimal.
I can sleep anywhere from 10 to 12 hours without an alarm clock.
With no alarm and no partner in the bed waking earlier than me, rolling around and whispering "are you awake?"... I wake after about 8.5 to 9 hours.
