Food today:
Farmers cheese with a bit of honey and tea for breakfast
Pork (in apple cider; pressure cooker) pieces - 6oz? Carrots, a peach
Kale, hot breakfast sausage from farmer's market, and 2 eggs.
1/4 cup almonds, 4 figs, 5 prunes (all dried fruit no sugar added and no sorbate - I love Trader Joe's)
No food after 6pm today.
My issue is I've hit a plateau. I know that weight loss is not linear, but it's hard to look at the scale and not see a difference. For almost 2 weeks. I need to nudge myself off of it. So, the plan for the next few days is not to succumb to cravings.
Accomplishment: I can drink coffee black now! A little bit of milk is nice but I now don't mind if I don't have access to it.

It was a weird food day for a number of reasons.
Tonight I will do: 50 squats, 30 pushups, 3 planks (at least 20 sec each)
Tomorrow: I will go ice skating! And sign up for accordion lessons.

Well, I had a manuscript to submit by this past Friday so no journaling happened the whole week either online or in my 90-day one. However, as a recap - I've discovered IF. I'm enjoying the benefits and my weight finally jumped off of the plateau I've been at for the past 2 weeks (hovering between 171.6 and 172.4). Today I was at 168.8 but it may be a fluke, we will see.

So I fasted from 6:30pm Monday to 12pm Wednesday. It went well. I may make this a weekly thing for a little bit (or always if I end up liking it). However, I got my period on Tuesday. Rotten luck, but it's a great sign. I have PCOS and my periods (since I got off birth control last August) have been 6 months, 5, and 2 months apart. I feel like Primal is helping me get that more regular.
Starting working on my posture today. Got a brace-type thing from Amazon to help and then also looked up exercises to strengthen muscles in my back, shoulders, and neck.
Really excited about my body transforming this year. (Scale this morning read 166.6 -- 15 lbs down from point zero - but it was right after the fast).

Cheat dinner yesterday, feel like crap today. UGH. Went grocery shopping without a list, second UGH. Time to start making good decisions now.

I've been having success with IFing - I feel great and am more in control of my hunger (not ruled by it). I'm hovering right above or right below 165! 20 lbs to goal.

Had a Calzone yesterday when taking a visiting professor out for lunch... felt so sluggish later on that day. Took me a moment to realize my body is so used to burning fat that it was difficult to function when feeding it massive bread.
EDIT: Feel like crap today, finding hard to blame it on anything other than the poor choice yesterday.
