From what I understand (from copious reading about it before I paid good money for some), menatetrenone (K2 mk4) is generated in the body from K1, and is the form of K2 that the body is more able to use (citation needed ;)).
I've been looking at the vitamin D3/K2 combo liquid drops by Thorne Research. Do those of you who use liquid supplements just add it to food or water? Is the taste of the vitamin negligible?
