You know what makes you actually full? 2 pounds of top sirloin.

2 pounds? I have a hard enough time with 3/4 pound of sirloin, when paired up with a mountain of green's and sauteed onions(I have onions at EVERY meal, I can't express how much I like onions).

Memories of my childhood come flooding back.. good days! To be able to eat that much now...
(There may be a couple of females also, but they generally won't post page-long diatribes because it's just their experience and that doesn't make it right for the whole world).
Heh. Why do I sense you have been 'debating' with Choco?
I want to see links to examples. I just don't see that much of people bragging about eating lots of fat.
Here what I thought when I read the first post of this thread:

I don't eat a lot of carbs--and sirloin aside, there's only so much protein I can eat, or care to. So unless I wanted to starve, that leaves fat--about 70% of total calories in my case.
Coming from my CW-steeped background, it is pretty damned amusing & ironic to me that I've lost all this weight and become so much healthier eating bacon, butter, and heavy cream all the way. I suppose people who revel in eating fat do it because of that feeling--it's like you're getting away with something society considers taboo and not just escaping the consequences but getting rewarded for it.
I do much better on a higher fat diet. >50% fat works best for me. This fits well within Marks recommendations and helped me lose 50 lbs without counting any calories or going hungry.
What exactly is your problem with this approach?

I agree, I don't see the posts he is referring to. Most are pretty reasonable in their fat intake, I would guess.
