If you don't fry oysters, what else can you do with them?
I was croaking for fish yesterday. By the time I walked to the fish market, I think I would have attacked Charlie the tuna. Anyway, I bought shucked oysters without thinking (and shrimp which I already ate).
Anyway does anyone have any not-fried oyster recipes? I don't keep any kind of oil in the house, and I think there might be flour in a lower cabinet if I didn't toss it when I was tossing/donating all my canned foods. I have plenty of greens, veggies, etc.
