Yes. It frankly irritates the piss out of me when people say that the quality of calories matter because a calorie is not an abstract thing. A calorie is a freaking calorie. Now the type of food containing said calories might make a difference. If sugar causes you to throw caution to the wind and eat 5000 calories in half an hour then the issue is the sugar not the calorie. Personally I can eat 5000 calories of ribs and then go eat another 5000. That is not the calorie's issue. It is my issue. As such, I have to ration ribs carefully. Basically, I think it sends the wrong message to new folks - the message that 'just eat wtf ever primal food you like in wtf ever quantities you like because they are 'quality' calories.' 10,000 quality calories a day is still going to make you overweight.

Well, I would rather look like an idiot than have people fail because they are too new or shy to ask themselves. As for women, I haven't been single in forever so am not even sure how the heck to do it any more.
