Can't Mark or the mods upgrade MDA's TV spam filters?

Not true. You're not a lost cause. Nobody is... Please consider talking to someone if you are this despondent & hopeless. If it's not me, then please talk to someone understanding & supportive, who has experience & patience.

I keep reporting the spam any time I see it. This'll either annoy the webmaster to ditch the spammers or me lol

I think the best way of dealing with it is for the administrator to approve all new users. I started a forum (now defunct) and I set it so that I had to approve everyone who signed up. It became pretty obvious who were spammers and who were real! If they can't get approved to post, they can't post... and you don't get a zillion spammy threads!

I just keep on pressing the black triangle and reporting it. I must be incredibly naive or stupid or something, because it still astounds me that anybody would waste their time and brain energy posting spammy stuff anywhere at all. I keep thinking that those spam posters all need a good spanking, because their mommies obviously stopped one short somewhere.

I could do the Primal by myself, but the community here is so helpful to me that I am kinda' willing to wade through shark infested waters to reach the helpful folks at the MDA, so I do my bit for "ask not what your country can do for you..." by being a tattletale where those obvious junk TV threads/posts are concerned.
