What I find so striking about these before and after photos is not just body shape, but the change in the face! Some people I think would be unrecognizable if I only knew them in the before pic, then saw them however many months later as the after pic.
Each and every one of you look AMAZING! Nixxy, do you do barbell glute bridges? Your bum is phenomenal! And superc4th, AWESOME job on increasing your strength!! Keep it up! And otzi, mr. potato man, you look GREAT!

Thank you primal & lifting!
There's not really a gentlemanly way to say this, but DAT ASS GOOD LAWD
this is my first post on the forums. I've been paleo since December 2012. I don't have many before pictures due to my shoddy self image but now I can hardly go twenty minutes without checking myself out in a mirror or even a puddle. one thing paleo literature misses out on is how self indulgent it makes you :-)
march 2013- 4 months in (Im the one with the Mr T 'hawk)
today (7 months in)
one issue I've come across is that I keep having to re introduce myself when I bump into people who I met months ago but haven't seen since.

This is so true. I am unbelievably vain these days.
You look great, Congratulations!
This is so true. I am unbelievably vain these days.
2 years and ~50 lbs gone! 1st year I cut back on sugar/junk food, 2nd year went Primal (August will be 1 full year).
First 2 pictures from summer of 2011 (no, I wasn't pregnant!). Next 3 from May 2013.
Let me see if I can figure out the photobucket way of getting pics on here....
Stacy, wow. You look like a bazillion times better. You went from shapeless to vavavoom. You also seem to have gone from looking like you were what, late 40's to now, maybe mid to late 20's.
Posted in my journal but for those who avoid it (aka the smart folks) - Not before and after, but before and now (still more to go). 100 pounds gone: 300 to 200.
