Okay people, here's my update.

I am now between about 64-66kg, still trying to lose another 5kg or so but am VERY happy with my progress! I started lifting in early January and this has made a huge difference to my physique. I have lost 20kg/44lb on Primal since May 2012 but didn't take revealing photos at first - I think the ones I have posted show a difference well.

These are from the last 18 months or so been as focused as possible but need to do better !! But down almost 50 I want to get to 199 ;)
