You have definitely made progress, Gadsie. What are your workouts like? I will suggest that if you want your body to have a bit more presence regarding perception of size, I would add a focus to lateral raises and shrugs. Also, become a proficient deadlifter since it will help with overall development as well as squats if you can do them with proper technique, if not, go for split squats and leg press.
Thanks, it's just that it has been like 9-10 months and I think my progress is relatively very slow. I do starting strength by the way so plenty of squats and deadlifts:)
