Mommymd, you lost weight and about 10 years....
And Primalbetty, yeah.... way to look like a lingerie model. :)
What astonishes me about the pics here is how much YOUNGER people always look. Not only do people shrink, they lose years.

Well, darn. I'll have to go move thse to a different site, and try aggain
RaeVynn, it may take a while for your pics to be approved. You might do better using the image link and a photo site like Photobucket.
Ah, thank you. Didn't realize they got the dreaded "must be approved" note.
2 months later, here's today's update:

My gut is gradually disappearing. I haven't been lifting much for the past 7 months but I just started a new routine yesterday and I can't wait to see what changes it will bring!
I am still slimming down slowly, although my deflated spare tire isn't going easily! I am down around 10 more pounds since that last picture with pretty much zero effort.

RaeVynn, wow! You can definitely see the changes, not only in size but in shape. You have more of a waist now.
Thank you. I need to get a more recent photo up... my face actually looks better now, as I've been eating more primal, and getting more essential fatty acids, my skin looks a lot better. :)
Unique, that picture concerns me, and I'll tell you why. That's exactly what my body looks like. The reason it concerns me is because I'm not an otherwise healthy person. After all I've been through in the past year, I know pretty definitely that I have some sort of gastrointestinal problem, possibly an ulcer. I'm seeing a specialist for it this month. I also have insanely low B12 and folate, and my testosterone's half or less of what I'd like it to be.
Slowly over the months I've lost both the desire and the energy to sustain the most modest body weight workouts, just basic PBF stuff, and I'm unable to pack on any significant amount of lean mass, and as a result, I have that same spare tire/sunken waist thing going on. I reached my goal weight and then kept losing. I'm 6', 150 lbs and I still have a good amount of abdominal and thigh fat, while the rest of me is just skin and bones. I can't sit on a stone bench anymore without hurting my back, and even my forearms look emaciated. I could grab my pelvis and hand it to you. I've seen skinny women with fuller shoulders than me.
I don't mean to offend you at all, and if you're otherwise healthy I apologize for saying all this, but when I look at you, all I see is me and it makes me wonder if everything is alright. Any depression/anxiety, GI problems, muscle weakness/general lethargy, anger/irritability?
Hopefully someone can chime in with an opinion on the sunken waist thing - if that's just genetically determined body composition or a sign of muscle wasting. I mean, my mother told me my waist now is the same size as hers on her wedding day. And she's a tiny woman. Again, absolutely no offense intended with any of this. I'm mostly worried about myself here.
Hi Groks and Grokettes!
I was planning to wait until the 6 month mark to post pics but I took some today and noticed a bit of a difference and I'm only 16 days away from the 6 month mark anyway so here goes...
I started the PB on May 18th 2012 at 85.5kg (188.1lb), but didn't take this first picture (in green bikini) until July 2nd at 82.5kg (181.5lb)
The second picture (black) was taken today, November 2nd, and I am at 75.5kg (166.1lb), so I have lost overall 10kg/22lb, but there is a 7kg/15.4lb difference between the photos.
BTW I haven't lost my tan since going Primal - the light in the first picture is off (it's only just warming up where I live in Australia).
I hope you can notice a difference too and it's not just me!
(Also hoping the links work, using Flickr for the first time).

Huge difference! Very noticeable.
