Great progress! That's why I like this lifestyle: yes, work is involved, but not as much as conveniently thought. Just do simple switches, then you're gold :)
It's changes that feel good, as opposed to feeling like punishment. I need to start measuring cuz my weigh't hasnt changed since posting but my pants are looser.
Also may have cheated on the drinking thing a tad ;)

SarahT, you found your cheekbones! Gorgeous! (Mine are starting to re-appear, but still not quite like I remember - can't wait!)
Wow - you have completely changed the shape of your body!! Without the face, I almost think it is two different people ;) Awesome work.
Thank you kindly!
Thanks also to Gravyboat!
As I said before, I have kept a few progress pics to see the effect the lifestyle has had on my training so here's some for a good comparison...
Um, please sir, may I have another? ; )
So I was recently complimented by one of my spin students on how she could see a huge change in my face; not just because it's gotten thinner, but just how much my complexion had improved. It pretty much made my WEEK!!!
Ah, you look gorgeous! Totally inspiring : )
Figured I would throw my pics up. I have been primal since October 2011. The pictures on the top are from 11-28-2011 and the bottom are from today 3-7-2012 In total I have dropped 50 pounds and put on muscle.
Looking good! But even better you're feeling great - keep it up!
So this is my starting picture

I had two children in two years and my skin never thanked me for it, I have a horrible wrinkly belly button now :(
And this is me 3 weeks in, I wish I had started taking pictures of my arms and legs too because I have notice difference there but I don't have a full length mirror!!

I can't say I've had the big weight loss others have noticed but I'm about 5 lbs down, I survived my daughters 1st birthday without any weight gain and have had a lot of other social engagements inbetween that would usually see me bloat at least 2-3 lbs each time but not now!
I have body dis morphia so struggle to see the change but I can admit that I feel better so that's all that matters
Kelisrad, I can TOTALLY see the difference! This is only from 3 weeks? Rock on!
New to the forum. Thought I'd go ahead and get in the conversation. I've been messing with the primal diet off and on since about Oct/Nov 2011. I originally started with the "slow carb diet" and that somehow got me to primal. For the most part I've always been the skinny fat guy and the dent in my chest doesn't help with that.
So far I haven't been great at keeping it going. I'll have 4-5 good days and then I'll have a bad day or two. In fact, I just came off a family weekend where I did not eat well. I have given up dairy aside from a little cream and/or milk in my coffee and whey protein and I rarely eat any grains any more (except I do have several beers per week still). I don't think I've had any pasta in about 2 months.
My results so far have been mixed: I've gone from 181 at my highest to about 167 in 3-4 months. Only problem is I don't see much if any change in definition. My goals are to get to sub 8% bodyfat, boost my energy in sports, and add back the 6-10 inches in vertical I lost
Here we go. This is me in 1998 at 23 yoa and about 145# and about 10% bodyfat

Here's me on Nov 1, 2011 at 178-181 and 17% by calipers

Here I on Feb 22, 2012 at about 167. Don't seem to have gained any definition which is concerning since I lost 12-14 pounds

Here I am on 3-3-12 at 167 prior to my bad weekend of eating. I see more def, but it's hard to say as I'm flexing my abs a little and I am not in the same spot I took the earlier pics
Docpierce, You look FAB! Also I like your taste in shorts : ) You look quite lean in that last photo - you must be getting very close to your goal of 8% body fat.

TCB, wow, great progress, both of you. Super sexy.
