Lamb kidneys in red wine

Just skip the flour, or add almond flour like I did if you like. I also left it simmering without a lid the whole time to reduce the sauce some more and added about twice the amount of butter in the recipe.
That looks lovely. I am a great kidney fan! I shall be trying that when I next go to my butcher.
