1982 - I actually dated a football player@ Plymouth State U. NH named GROK!
He would pound people on the back and say "heyyyy, it's the big guyyyy." LOL
All the football players ate massive amounts of food like entire boxes of cereal for breakfast.
3 steaks for dinner - insane pre-season consumption of 6-8K calories needed to gain & maintain 240+
I played soccer for the college but didn't consumed more then 1800-2000 calories even when doing "2 a days"
Is there an easy forumla for todays thoughts on weight:energy utilization:caloric intake?
