I remember taking bets on whether I could eat a KFC Double Down and a Dennys Bacon Shake in the same meal and survive.
It's kind of funny looking back because the meat and cheese aren't the problem, it's mostly just the breading and shake (and crappy restaurant oil).
Well that kicks the shit out of my version.
I never liked pasta much, but I do so love cellophane noodle dishes. Speaking of which, I could really go for some pad woon sen. It's so easy to make, too. Alas, not primal. :(
Pad woon sen with zuke "noodles"?
Nah. You need that chewy noodlyness to make it right. Nevermind.
I really need to find a way to make Angel Wings primal. I see them on Thai menus from time to time and die a little inside.
If you get the sweet potato glass noodles, they are primal-friendly. Not low carb, but they're just sweet potato starch.

I wonder if they would hurt my stomach just like whole sweet potatoes do.
Maybe I'll try someday when I'm not VLC anymore.
