Eggs - We get these from a local farm. We eat these in unlimited quantities. Can be 4 dozen in a week (2 of us) or 1 dozen.
Meats - Try to stick to grass-fed ruminants, otherwise lean conventional. Chicken, pork, bacon (I know it's pork, but deserves its own mention) etc aren't staples, but aren't expressly prohibited in our household. Gluten-free but otherwise low-quality salamis/cappocollas are a treat that should be more occasional than they are, but the delicious gets me most every time.
Dairy - Try to stay with raw and grassfed and whatnot, but don't have a consistent source of "clean" heavy cream, so we drink the conventional trash. Sometimes I eat bad cheese because it's cheap. Often we eat decent aged cheeses that aren't raw or grass-fed. We eat lots of Greek Yogurt that's hormone free but not probably from the best possible source.
Vegetables - Mix and match to my heart/stomach's content. Sometimes a lot. Sometimes almost none.
Try to eat SOME of each of the following every single week: Wild-caught fish from fish market/small oily fish from a can/organs including liver/bivalves of some type (usually oysters or clams)
Sweet potatoes or plantains are usually reserved for a weekend day if GF or I is craving a starch. Otherwise we can live without them.
Fruit is honestly an occasional indulgence. A few berries with cream or greek yogurt is maybe a once monthly treat.
Wine and hard liquor also are a few times a week treat if I'm honest. Sometimes just a glass, sometimes enough that my body tells me I took it one too far for the first hour of the morning.
Cookies/cakes/pies/pizza - never. Doesn't fit in the 20% anymore. There's plenty of twenty up above.
Fairly strict high-fat paleo.
Use bone broth, tallow, duck eggs, etc.
Eats organ meats religiously
Enjoys sweet potatoes, carbs are not satan - but spend several days per week at near 0 carbs
Like fermented things, but only $ to brew own kombucha
No grains regularly, not even rice - except on a cheat day/dining out, etc. Rice still beats rancid oil fries!
Higher protein than most, believe the Neanderthal-Asperger's connection and find high-protein effective in controlling symptoms. Blend of meats, fish, duck, lamb, beef, etc. Try to eat the whole animal when palatable, as in seafood mostly.
Love my greens, wild herbs and spices and teas, and black coffee. Use seaweed to maintain thyroid function
Low sodium at the moment, trying to control blood pressure and I might be salt-sensitive! :(
Sort of a best-of between paleo, weston and other ideas I like! :)
Raw milk, heavy cream,5 ing. ice cream, butter, good cheese
Organic/grassfed meats, venison, elk, chick, pork, etc...
Tons o Veggies. I don't discriminate.
Tubers, rice on rare occasions, squashes, some sourdough bread from time to time.
Red wine( maybe 1-3 glasses a week), Dark chocolate
Macs, Brazils, and pistachios. Not in large quantities
NO CRAP OILS!
If i go out to eat (which is not that often), I don't freak out about what to eat, and I make the best of my situation. I never have, and never will count calories. I'm extremely active, and take playing to the fullest.
Free your mind, and your Grok will follow!

hehehe love that comment.
Right now, I'm Whole30 Strict Paleo. Will be til the end of July. After that? Probably relaxed Paleo.
If it moves on its own its okay to eat.
You look tasty.
Seems I'm with the consensus. :)
Cool so I'm a week in and have been relaxed Paleo.. but I did drink a ton of beer one night and it ended badly.. No more beer fo me.
Grains/Legumes/Refined Sugar - NONE
Dairy - Small amount of cream in morning coffee
Veggies - All the veggies and greens
Meat /Protein - Eggs, Chicken, Wild fish, Avocado, Tuna, Bacon - Still need to get into the beef, bone marrow and duck :)
Fruit - 2 pieces a day plus berries. Love green smoothies i.e Banana Mango Spinach w water blend.
Alcohol only on weekends and trying to cut back
Oh and I feel amazing.
Meh labels. I've found through trial and error that grains (other than oats and brown rice), fruit, coffee, and legumes don't bother me at all, but dairy, tea, and fibrous veggies do. So at this point I'm a man without a home.
Relaxed paleo here, mostly because I love cheese--although I don't eat it much or often. I'll have an ounce a few times a week, usually in an omelet. And I'll eat a sweet potato once every couple weeks.
Other than that, I'm strict paleo!
I consider myself "OG Primal" but based on the definitions provided, i'm more closely akin to "relaxed paleo."
Dairy: I regularly do butter -- 1-2 "pats" per week when we make our eggs on weekends, though sometimes I just use the bacon fat or duck fat or no fat and just cook the damn egg. LOL
legumes: don't eat them.
Booze: don't like it, so no issue.
Sugar: I do consume sugar on a fairly regular basis either in some dried papaya or some chocolate, and occasionally in random sweets.
My 20% is not very frequent -- occasional ice cream, cheese, cakes (real cakes, not paleo cakes), and then also some regular sweets. And then rice with thai food, which I have on occasion as well. I have been making cauliflower rice when I make thai at home, though.
I would say that this is less than 20% of the time. It's probably more like 10% of the time -- like special holidays and stuff.
So, it's more like relaxed paleo.
