Okay, so I had a craving for Nutella but without the sugar and all the junk that goes along with it.
1/2 c. nut butter like cashew butter or sun butter
1 TB honey in the raw
3 TB melted coconut oil
1/8 c. cocoa powder
1/4 c. coconut milk powder
Mix well until smooth. Drizzle over fruit... I ate it over a banana and was very happy with the taste.
I find that hazelnut butter just tastes like Nutella to me! esp if you spread it onto a square of dark chocolate as a treat.

Justin's makes a pretty good chocolate hazelnut butter without the Nutella franken-crap. I have a recipe for chocolate macadamia nut butter on my food blog.
I've made ganache before (just equal parts dark chocolate and HWC), and stirred in hazelnut butter. Wasn't as smooth as Nutella, but tasted just as good.
I love ground hazelnut with stevia and melted dark 100% cocao!!
This is what we make, too, but I just use powdered cocoa and thin with cream. I send it with DS for a fruit dip using sun butter. It's also very good as a popsicle if you thin it even more and freeze in a dixie cup.
