I'm quite sure that cream cheese was somewhat hard to come by in Grok's time. Plus you're combining foods from tropical/subtropical and boreal climates.
But yes, had all of those ingredients existed together then I'm sure Grok would've had some, assuming he isn't lactose intolerant.
I think the dairy would be a no but it looks delish. Actually, I am mixing white tuna in water with an avocado and a bit of lemon and am spreading it on 1 end of Nori, sprinkling sunflower seed on top and rolling the whole thing up like a burrito for my next meal. Any leftovers will be consumed on a pepper spoon as well.
