Coffee with coconut cream
Whenever I see 'coffee with coconut cream' I want some, no matter what time it is! I'm just like Pavlov's Dog.
Hmm, I never developed a taste for it...
Kathi, I got my wish. The next time I grated carrots I did not cut a chunk out of my thumb. It came out of my pinky instead... But tonight (yay!) I grated my veggies injury free.
I still wish my stupid food processor hadn't gone on strike.
I take a vacation from my scales when they're bothering me too. I can tell when I've lost weight, because I put my hands on my hips and feel surprised. I catch myself running my hands up and down my waist in astonishment. Then I know the scale is going to be my friend.

So there is hope for using the mandolin again! Glad to hear your fingers made it intact. :D
I can't believe how skinny my back is and my legs look great. The girls seem a bit smaller (yeah!). It's the roll at my middle in front that I hate.
Well, you're more than half the way there. You've got to be seeing a difference.
I can't say I rejoice about the girls getting smaller. Oh well.
I'm feeling particularily FAT the past couple of days. when I was seeing that number inching down to the low 180s I was actually feeling and seeing a flatter tummy - but then I got all bloated and yucky again and now I just feel like a whale again. It has to be my little cheats causing this. I don't think my body is going to allow even an 80/20 split. I think for overall health and weight loss success I'm going to have to be nearly 100% all the time. but hearing you guys enjoying the new slim feelings is giving me hope that I may one day be there as well. :)

You will Tomi, you will!
So GP's Debauchary (mine looks like Blanche from Golden Girls) visited with Pizza last night  Remorse (Sophia) tried to tell me that I would feel bad, but I ignored her. Of course I was up most of the night :( and now Resolve (Dorothy) has set in with the help of MSH. I have a plan and will eat right today.
I've got to go pick up my organic veggies this morning. Drinking CWCC and a dab of coconut sugar. Tonight we will finally have the bacon wrapped hamburger steaks that DS has been wanting since he unloaded the GF meat delivery. When I see what's in the basket, I will finalize next weeks meals and grocery list.
Another revelation from MSH is on exercise - I'm not doing it to loose weight, I'm doing it to be able to save my life if I'm in a situation that requires strength and stamina. If the side effect is looking better, great, but that's not the goal. I need to get out my belly dancing DVDs and the hula hoop to tone my middle and I'm pretty sure I've got a yoga DVD somewhere for flexibility. MSH encourages working out at home and planning <30 minutes 4-6 days a week.
I'm feeling open to Opportunity (Rose) and more focused then I have in awhile. :D
Great stuff in basket (green beans, yams, onion, celery, carrots, avacado, lettuce, potatoes, kiwi, pears, apples, banana, watermelon - all organic). Unpacked, washed, put away. Leftover chili with sour cream for lunch. Asian pear & ginger Kombucha for a treat. May make sweet potato bars and some spiced nuts.
Msh?
