boy....... I can agree with that. 2012 has been good - but I could definitely go for some personal improvements! Shooting for July to see my goal weight of 135. In the meantime I'm hoping for some hiking on the weekends! Winter is our 5th wheel season - so I'm starting a list of possible hiking trails near our normal weekend spots. Hopefully winter on the Oregon coast won't be too cold and blustery!
counting on being empty nesters before the new year also! :) That would be AWESOME! well - empty nesters who offer free storage space. :)

Okay Tomi - we are holding each other accountable! My goal weight is also 135 and my 52nd birthday in 6/29/13. Seems like we are on the same page. Today I was up to 170.2 - so going the wrong way for sure, but puts us close to the same starting point and you are much more on track with exercise than I am. Are you in?

Thanksgiving is over for us. It was very early this year, only a week after my birthday. Three birthday outings, two Thanksgiving celebrations - it was a little crazy. But you're right, the cheese bread would be a good feast food.

So DH surprised me with a Striiv. A bit pricy, but so far it's accurate, easy to use, and had built in motivators.

You're ON! My birthday is 7/25 --- and also my 52nd. Thats close! But you are a bit ahead of me. I am at 183 today.
